All Items will be posted Royal mail via the most appropriate method for your order. Items will be combined for shipping where possible and when paid on one order. If you require urgent delivery there will be a charge (at the current royal mail rate) for next day special delivery and you will be sent an invoice. We despatch with in 1 day of recieving full payment (except weekend/bank holidays) but special and bulk orders may take longer but you will be advised at the time of purchase or enquiry.

2. All goods must be paid for with the order, unless prior arrangements have been made. We reserve the right to refuse delivery if payment is not made. All goods remain the property of theplasticpineapple until payment is made in full.

4. All orders are dealt with as soon as possible and we aim to despatch within 1 day of receipt of full payment.
However, some special order or bulk requirement items may take longer and you will be advised at the time of purchase about the time. All offers are subject to stock availability. Any price changes will be notified prior to despatch.
5. All measurements given are approximate, and some items may differ slightly from pictures shown.
6. All orders are subject to acceptance by theplasticpineapple. In the unlikely event that products are unavailable, or where there have been errors in pricing, we may have to decline an order. In this case we will advise you as soon as possible and ask for your instructions. We will not debit your credit card or charge card, or process any other method of payment until an order has been accepted.
7. Neither you nor theplasticpineapple will be liable for any delay or failure to perform our respective obligations under this contract due to any cause beyond our reasonable control including without limitation any act of God, terrorism, strike, lock-out, trade dispute, traffic accident or any act or omission of any government or regulatory authority.
8. This does not affect your statutory rights as a consumer.
9. Orders are not accepted from persons under the age of 18 years old. By placing an order you demonstrate that you are over such an age. Where you place an order and are under that age you are in breach of contract. The holder of the credit or debit card that you use will be fully liable for all sums charged.
10. These terms and conditions and all disclaimers and other material on our website shall be governed by and construed in accordance with English law and any disputes shall be referred to the exclusive jurisdiction of the English courts.
11. Cancellation rights theplasticpineapple operates a 7-day, no-quibble returns policy, as long as the goods are returned to us in the original packaging and in a resaleable condition, we will not refund for items until they are returned to us, proof of posting is not proof of return and you are advised to use royal mail signed for when returning items. No claims will be entertained unless the above conditions are adhered to.

All goods should be counted and checked for damages upon receipt, and any shortage or damage should be reported to us by email within 48 hrs of delivery (not including weekends).

Where possible we aim to resolve all complaints immediately and at the most within two working days.
